• Program: High Point Quail Hunting Preserve uses text messaging to communicate with customers regarding hunt bookings, inquiries, availability, and related business matters.

4. Hunting Policies & Regulations

• All hunters are required to possess a valid Georgia Shooting Preserve License prior to hunting on our property. This license is available online through the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for $15.
• All hunters must comply with applicable Georgia state hunting regulations.
• Hunters must handle firearms safely at all times. We reserve the right to ask any hunter to leave the property for unsafe behavior.
• Alcohol consumption before or during a hunt is strictly prohibited.
• All guests enter the property at their own risk. Participation in hunting activities involves inherent risks.

5. Reservations & Payments

Hunt reservations are made directly with Gabe Robinson by phone, text, or email. We reserve the right to require a deposit to hold a reservation. Contact us for current deposit and payment policies. Prices listed on this website are estimates; final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are discussed at the time of booking. We understand that plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Refer to our Return Policy for details regarding refunds.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Hunting and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from firearms, falls, wildlife encounters, and uneven terrain. By visiting our preserve and participating in any hunt or activity, you voluntarily assume all such risks. High Point Quail Hunting Preserve, its owner, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the property or participation in any activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, written content, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to High Point Quail Hunting Preserve. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Carroll County, Georgia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
