Hunt cancellations, rescheduling, and refund guidelines
Effective Date: January 1, 2025 | Last Updated: January 1, 2025
At High Point Quail Hunting Preserve, we understand that life happens. We strive to be fair and flexible when circumstances require changes to a booking. Please read the following policy carefully before booking your hunt.
Cancellation by the Guest:
To cancel or reschedule, contact Gabe Robinson directly as soon as possible:
In the rare event that we must cancel a scheduled hunt due to extreme weather, unforeseen circumstances, or conditions unsafe for hunting, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
Quail hunting takes place outdoors in all mild weather conditions. Light rain or cool temperatures are generally not grounds for cancellation. Hunts may be postponed or cancelled by us only in cases of severe weather (lightning, dangerous winds, extreme cold, etc.) that would make the hunt unsafe. If you choose not to hunt due to personal concerns about weather conditions, standard cancellation terms apply.
If a guest fails to appear for a scheduled hunt without prior notice, the full deposit is forfeited. We reserve the right to release any reserved birds to other customers after a reasonable waiting period.
For any physical products sold by High Point Quail Hunting Preserve (such as pickled eggs, once available), the following applies:
The $15 Georgia Shooting Preserve License is a state-required purchase made directly through the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. High Point Quail Hunting Preserve has no control over and cannot issue refunds for this license fee. Please plan accordingly and purchase your license before your hunt date.
Refund requests must be submitted by contacting Gabe Robinson directly. Approved refunds will be returned via the original method of payment within a reasonable time frame. We appreciate your patience.
