Prefer to work the land at your own pace? Choose an unguided hunt and roam 220 acres of prime cover with your own dogs or solo — half-day and full-day options for one to five shooters per party.

Do I need a license, and can a beginner come?

Yes — every hunter needs a Georgia Shooting Preserve License, which you can buy online for $15; no separate state hunting license is required to hunt birds on a licensed preserve. Beginners are welcome: book a guided hunt and our handlers and trained bird dogs do the work while you focus on the shooting. We provide the guide, the dogs, and the birds.
